Adult Day Care Information

WCPA's Adult Day Care service provides social and physical rehabiliation to meet the needs of senior adults. The program is designed to assist each participant to reach hi or her "maximum level of function" and to enhance quality of life.

Activities:

WCPA offers a wide range of social activities along with physical therapy by trained professionals.
Example Activities:

Music
Dancing
Crafts
Guest Entertainment
Card Games

Eligibility:

An adult should be:

Frail elderly
In need of supervision and/or socialization
60 years or older
Ambulatory or mobile with a wheelchair walker, crutches or cane.

Cost:

A fee may be charged for this service depending on the client's income level.

Special Notes

We also accept private pay clients.

Several of this agency's programs are funded in whole or part by Title III of the Older Americans Act through Egyptian Area Agency on Aging.
