Information and Referrals Service Information

This service provides social service information to individuals upon request. If it requires outside assistance of another WCPA department or an outside Social Service agency, a referral and follow-up contact is made.

WCPA will also assist in completing various application forms. Trained personnel and volunteers will assist with Medicare, Medicaid, Income Tax, and Insurance forms.

Several of this agency's programs are funded in whole or part by Title III of the Older Americans Act through Egyptian Area Agency on Aging.

If you feel you have been dsicriminated againsted, you have a right to file a complaint with the Executive Director by calling 988-1585, It is the policy of WCPA that no requirements as to duration of residence or citizenship will be imposed as a condition of receiving services.
